This Applied research unit is concentrated in the logistics sectors that in the last years is attracting the attention of the world mainly due to the climate changes and the urgent necessity of reducing the pollution. To this aim, this research unit exposes the expertise of its affiliated stakeholders to promote the investigation, the design and the implementation of innovative solutions that could enhance the logistics sectors, for instance, by adopting IoT technologies, AI algorithms and management tools in new joint actions. This research unit is composed of experts from the different departments of the University of Salento who collaborate with companies and public organizations to propose new solutions and exploit international opportunities.
