One of the hottest topic of the last decades is for sure the healthcare one that has attracted the attention of both the research and the productive domain due to its potentially infinite applications. Within such a context, this Applied Research Unit plays a crucial role in guiding the I-STORE center in managing activities and promoting the adoption of innovative solutions that could enhance citizen health and wellness.
This unit, in fact, encourages activities focused on the enhancement or the conceive of different innovative technologies belonging to domains such as the preventive diagnostics, the behaviour monitoring and analysis, Ambient Assisted Living and Artificial Intelligence. Furthermore, this unit collaborates with all the other units involving companies and external entities like the IRCCS or public hospitals, nursing homes and other PA, in joint activities.
